Kardow never holds the money or picks for you. Employers pay you directly, and the job goes live, or waits for your approval, when the payment lands. Card checkout ### Checkout opens on your board, not on someone else's site. When an employer picks a plan, checkout opens right on the board, on your Stripe account. It offers the methods you have switched on in Stripe and shows each buyer the ones that suit their device and country. - Cards on every plan, paid straight to your Stripe account - Apple Pay, Google Pay and local methods when you enable them in Stripe - Stripe Tax at checkout if you turn it on - Promo codes for individual employers, on Pro and Scale **Payment methods**Set in your Stripe account Cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express and more Apple Pay On devices that support it Google Pay On browsers that support it Bank debits Where Stripe supports them for your country Invoice or PO ### For buyers who cannot put it on a card. An agency media buyer or a finance team often has to pay against an invoice. Sell the same plan by invoice or purchase order, and mark it paid when the money lands. The job goes live at that moment. - Invoiced and card sales in one payments list - Mark paid, and the job is published with it - On the Scale plan **Payments**Awaiting payment Harbor Credit Union 5-post pack · Invoice · 3d ago $999 Mark paid Lakeside County Library Job post · Invoice · 12d ago $249 Mark paid Northside Physio Featured post · Card · 2h ago $249 Paid Your own billing ### Already charging somewhere else? Keep it. If members pay you through your own site, your association system or a payment link you already use, keep charging there. Tell Kardow what happened through the API or Zapier, and access on the board follows. - Sell a plan through your own payment link, on Scale - Sync paying members in through the API or Zapier, on Pro and Scale - Record money you took elsewhere, so totals and exports include it **When this happens in your system**Kardow does this Their subscription starts, or renews, in your own system Let them post, because they are a paying member Their subscription is cancelled or lapses Stop them posting, because they stopped paying Someone buys seeker access, candidate access, or a post allowance from you Give them access they paid for elsewhere Where it works ## Card checkout needs a Stripe account in a supported country. Invoices and your own payment links work anywhere. See the countries where you can take card payments. [Payment coverage by country](/payments/countries) Questions ## What people ask about payment methods. Something else? Ask us directly and a person will answer. [Contact us](/contact) Can employers pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay? Yes, if you switch them on in your Stripe account. Checkout shows the payment methods your Stripe account has enabled, and Stripe offers each one only where it fits the buyer, for example Apple Pay on a device that supports it. What about bank transfers and local methods? The same rule applies: anything Stripe supports for your account and country can be switched on there. Subscriptions only offer methods that can be charged again automatically. For a transfer you reconcile yourself, use an invoice on Scale and mark it paid when the money lands. Does Kardow take a fee on payments? No. Kardow takes 0% of what employers pay you. Stripe charges its own processing fees on card payments, the same as it would anywhere else, and invoices or your own payment link cost nothing extra. We already take PayPal. Can we keep it? PayPal is not offered in checkout for new boards. On Scale you can sell a plan through your own payment link, which can point at a PayPal page or anything else you already use. We charge members in our own system. Do we have to move that? No. Keep charging where you do today and tell Kardow what happened, through the API or Zapier: let a paying member post, stop someone who lapsed, or grant access they bought elsewhere. That needs API access, which comes with Pro and Scale. ## Build your board this afternoon. Pick a template, tell Kardow what to change, and connect your domain. You can be taking payments before the trial is up.
