Approve new accounts before they can use the board, and ask for exactly what you need to know when people sign up.

On Pro and Scale, add your own fields to each sign-up form, from dropdowns to file uploads, and split them into steps. Choose which answers employers see next to an application. What people ask about accounts.
- How do people sign in without a password?
- They enter their email, receive a 6-digit code and type it in. The email carries your board name, and you can change its wording in your email settings. If someone tries to sign in with an email that has no account yet, the form takes them to sign-up instead.
- Can people sign in with Google?
- Yes, on Pro and Scale. Add a Google client ID and secret in your dashboard settings and a Continue with Google button appears on the sign-in and sign-up forms. The email code keeps working next to it.
- Can I bring over users from another platform?
- Yes. Import a CSV from the dashboard. Email and name are required, and you can also map user type, company, resume URL, the date they joined and their job alert settings. There are no passwords to move: imported users sign in with a code sent to their email.
- Can I run a board for employers only, or job seekers only?
- Yes. Choose who can create an account: job seekers and employers, job seekers only, or employers only. The type you switch off disappears from the sign-up form and is refused by the platform.
- Which plans include accounts?
- All of them, Starter included: employer and job seeker accounts, sign-in by email code, approval of new accounts, applications and resumes. Google sign-in and custom sign-up fields are on Pro and Scale.
- What do employers see about the people who apply?
- By default the full application: the resume, screening answers and any custom sign-up fields you mark Show to employers. You can limit employers to name, email and phone only, or show them only the candidates you match to their job.
