See who visits your job board, and what brought them.
Every Kardow board comes with analytics, counting from the day it goes live. Visitors, pages, sources and countries, and how each job is doing, with no cookies from the built-in analytics.
From $79/month · 14-day free trial · No setup feesYour traffic, your employers' jobs, and Google.
The same numbers answer three questions: is the board growing, are the jobs getting seen, and what should you fix next.
Built in, and no cookies.
Analytics are part of every Kardow board and run on Kardow's own servers. They count visits without setting cookies, so the numbers come without a cookie of their own to explain.- Set up when your board is created, nothing to paste
- No cookies from the built-in analytics
- Filter by source, country, device, UTM campaign or job
Employers see their jobs are working.
Every employer with an account on your board sees views and applicants for each job they post. That is the number that gets them to post the next one.- Views and applicants on every job, new ones marked
- Apply clicks for jobs that send people to the employer's site
- A Hiring analytics page with total views and conversion rate
Which searches show your jobs, and what to fix first.
Connect Google Search and the dashboard shows the searches your jobs appear for, where they rank, and a short list of changes ranked by the clicks each one is worth.- Clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position
- Top search terms and top pages from Google
- Suggestions that name the job or page to change
Already on Google Analytics? Keep it.
Add your own analytics and ad tags from the dashboard, or paste any other script. It runs on every page of your board, next to the built-in numbers.
What people ask about analytics.
- Do the analytics set cookies?
- The analytics Kardow includes do not. They are built in and run on Kardow's own servers. If you add Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or another tracking script through Integrations, those set cookies of their own. Whether your board needs a consent banner depends on what you add and where you operate.
- Can I still use Google Analytics?
- Yes. Open Integrations in your dashboard and paste your Measurement ID. Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and your own Plausible are there too, and anything else goes in as a custom script, in the page head or before the closing body tag.
- What can I filter by?
- Device, browser, operating system, traffic source, country, UTM source, medium and campaign, company and job title. Pick the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 12 months, or any custom range, and each number is compared with the period before.
- Can employers see how their jobs are doing?
- Yes. In their account on your board, employers see views and applicants for each job they post. For a job that sends people to their own site, they see how many people clicked Apply in the last 30 days instead.
- Can I get the numbers into other tools?
- Yes. The Kardow API and MCP server return the same analytics, so you can ask Claude how last month went, or pull the numbers into your own reports.
