How it works

Set a price once. The money comes to you.

Decide what employers can buy and how they pay. Kardow runs the checkout, tracks every payment and puts each job live when it is paid for.

Plans

Price it the way your employers buy.

One editor for everything you sell. Say what the buyer gets, set a price and currency, and choose how they pay. Kardow works out whether it is a single post, a pack or a subscription, and says it back to you.
  • One post, a pack of posts, or a subscription
  • A monthly allowance resets at each renewal
  • Extras like pin to top and custom questions
Payments workspace

Card sales and invoices in one list.

Every payment lands in the same list, however it was paid. Each row says where it stands and what it is waiting for, so settling an invoice or approving a paid job is one click.
  • Mark an invoice paid and the job goes live at the same moment
  • Invoices unpaid after 30 days move to Overdue
  • Unfinished card checkouts are kept apart from unpaid invoices
  • Export any queue as a spreadsheet
Member pricing

Members pay less, or nothing at all.

Mark a company as a member and everyone posting for it sees your member plans: a lower rate for the same post, a discounted or free subscription, or plans nobody else can buy.
  • Mark companies in the dashboard or import a list
  • Signed-out visitors are told member pricing exists
  • Promo codes for individual employers, on Pro and Scale
By plan

Every plan charges for job posts and keeps 0% of it. Higher plans add more ways to sell and more ways to be paid.

Questions

What people ask about getting paid.

Does Kardow take a cut of what employers pay?
No. Kardow takes 0% on every plan. Card payments go straight into your own Stripe account, and invoices and payment links are paid to you directly. You pay Kardow a flat monthly fee and nothing else.
What do I need to take card payments?
A Stripe account, connected from the dashboard. When an employer pays by card, Stripe checkout opens in a window on your board, and the money lands in your Stripe balance. Refunds are issued in Stripe, like any other Stripe payment.
Does a job go live as soon as it is paid for?
That is your choice. With auto-publish on, a paid job goes live straight away. With it off, the job waits as Pending until you approve it, and the payments list shows it as "Paid, needs approval" so it is not forgotten.
How does invoicing work?
On Scale, any plan can be set to Invoice or PO, or to your own payment link. The employer posts the job and you bill them the way your finance team already does. When the money arrives, you mark it paid and the job goes live at the same moment. Anything unpaid after 30 days moves to Overdue.
Do subscriptions renew on their own?
Yes. Stripe charges the employer automatically until they cancel, and a monthly allowance of posts resets at each renewal. Employers manage their subscription from their own account on your board.
We already take payments somewhere else. Can we keep that?
Yes. Keep charging where you do, on Wix, Squarespace or your own system, and a Zapier or Make step tells Kardow who has paid: it approves the employer, grants them a plan or records the payment. It runs on the REST API, which is on Pro and Scale.
