Let employers ask their own questions, and score them.
Turn on per-job questions and employers add them to each job they post. Give each answer points, mark the must-haves as knock-out questions, or describe the role and let AI draft the questions.- Short and long text, numbers, yes or no, choices, files
- Show a question only after a certain answer
- Sell the questions as an extra on a job plan
Every applicant arrives with the answers that matter.
On each applicant, the employer sees the sign-up fields you chose to share, the screening score, and whether they cleared every must-have. The full answers are one click away.- Only the fields you mark Show to employers

What people ask about custom fields.
- Which forms can I change?
- Your own fields go on the post-a-job form and on the employer and job seeker sign-up forms. Sign-up fields can also show on the user profile and prefill the apply form, and the apply form takes the questions an employer adds to each job. On the job form you can also turn built-in fields off or make them required.
- Which plans include custom fields?
- Custom fields, search filters from your own fields and screening questions are on Pro and Scale. On Starter you choose which built-in fields the job form shows and requires, and how people apply.
- Which fields can be search filters?
- Choice fields on the post-a-job form: dropdowns and single choice. Tick Use as search filter and the field appears in the filters on your jobs page, with a count beside each answer, as soon as your jobs use at least two of its answers.
- Who sees what people enter?
- You choose per field. A sign-up field can show on the profile, prefill the apply form, appear in your dashboard, and be shown to employers when that person applies. File uploads are stored privately. Answers on the job form show on the listing.
- Can employers add their own questions?
- Yes, when you turn on per-job questions. Employers add questions to each job they post, score the answers and set knock-out questions, or describe the role and let AI draft them. You can also sell the questions as an extra on a job plan.
